We are hiring a Head of Product Development at a stealth-stage fintech startup in London — and we are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and hands-on delivery.
You’ll lead the design and development of cutting-edge, AI-driven internal and client-facing products. Think LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, RAG, and more — all backed by a sharp team of engineers and architects building scalable, secure solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap across AI accelerators and client solutions
- Turn delivery IP into reusable tools, frameworks, and PoCs
- Lead the productisation of AI solutions using LLMs, vector search, agents, etc.
- Work closely with Data & AI architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure outcomes
- Manage cross-functional squads: backlogs, demos, releases
- Build pre-sales assets, technical PoCs, and internal tooling
- Embed responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance into products
- Track product impact, reuse, and value across the organisation
What we’re looking for:
- Strong product + engineering mindset, especially in the AI/ML space
- Proven experience building and launching data/AI-powered products end-to-end
- Fluency with tools like Azure, Databricks, MLflow, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Python
- Background in consulting or digital transformation (Big 4 or similar is a plus)
- Comfortable working hybrid from our Mayfair HQ
