The Role

You will report directly to the CTO and be responsible for leading product management in 2 separate business units, steering product teams, and marketing. You will bring together customer insight, commercial modelling, and delivery capability to turn strategic vision into market-ready, money-making products. You will be someone who thrives at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and delivery. You are a translator between market opportunity and technical capability – a product leader who thinks like a GM.

You’ll need:
  • A strong track record in product leadership, ideally in media tech, broadcast.
  • Deep commercial awareness and customer understanding.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional product teams.
  • High emotional intelligence, with integrity and authenticity in leadership.
