Commercial Property Paralegal

We are working with a fantastic law firm based near Basildon who are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to work on a full-time permanent basis.

Typical duties would include:

Preparing document bundles for fee earners as required.

The role primarily involves providing assistance to the solicitors within the department in relation to a mix of client work.

Carrying out legal tasks is required, including drafting tasks in relation to legal documentation.

Drafting correspondence, preparation of SDLT returns and Land Registry forms and liaising directly with clients.

Communicate effectively with clients and relevant parties.

Attending meetings and taking notes as required.

Maintain case files and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.

The successful candidate:

A law degree or previous paralegal experience

An interest or experience working within Commercial Property

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Well organised with a high level of attention to detail

Good client facing skills and able to build positive relationships.
