The predicted salary is between 24000 - 25000 £ per year.

Salary: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum (£35k OTE in first year!)

Hours: 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours)

Logistics: Hybrid (WFH: 4 days, Office: 1 day - Wednesday)

Office: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Start Date: Must be available to start by the end of May.

CCP are delighted to be working with an existing client who are expanding due to exceptional business performance. We are supporting this fantastic brand as they look to recruit 2x Retentions Advisors on a full-time basis starting in May. The role is hybrid (one day per week in the office on a Wednesday) and training is fully on site for the first 2 weeks.

Do you have strong experience working in an inbound retentions capacity? This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in retentions, working for a great insurance brand who really look after, and develop their people.

As a Retentions Advisor, you will provide vital support to existing customers when they are looking to cancel and/or renew their annual insurance policy. To be suitable, you must be positive, pro-active, driven to succeed, and committed to deliver great service when speaking to customers. You will also need to have experience within a retentions role.
