BDA provides Through Life Support for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) fleet of P-8A Poseidon aircraft in RAAF Base Edinburgh, South Australia. The program has an integrated Commonwealth and contractor workforce, and is currently seeking applications for the role of Program Administrator. This position is based at RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and manage on-boarding experience for new employees;
- Arrange and support events and visitors including team events;
- Co-ordinate and arrange meetings for the Program and various teams;
- Assist with Travel Arrangements including the reconciliation of credit card expenses;
- General office duties including incoming and outgoing mail, stationary and other activities to keep the office running;
- Manage and coordinate access to various systems and tools across the business;
- Become the 'go-to' person for support across the team.

You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You have strong organisational and planning skills and experience. You are someone who is comfortable working both autonomously, and participating collaboratively across teams. You are proactive and approachable, and will relish becoming a valuable member of the team. Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a project administrator role.
- Intermediate MS suite skills and experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and network across all levels of our business.
- Applicants who currently hold an Australian security clearance (Highly desirable).
