About the Role: We are working with a well-established IT solutions provider based in the UK, known for delivering exceptional support and technical expertise across a range of services, including cloud technologies, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, PowerApps, and AI. With a reputation built on trust and service excellence, they are currently looking to expand their sales team.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support professional to join their growing sales function. This role will be focused on supporting smaller accounts—ensuring their IT needs are met while helping identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, people-focused, and able to balance a range of administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of smaller accounts, delivering excellent customer service.
- Support the wider sales team with relationship management, quotations, and order processing.
- Manage customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring fast turnaround times and satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of account activity in the CRM system.
