The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Remote/WFH position, ideally £45-£50K (higher salaries available for more experienced candidates). Working with a variety of companies and institutions to solve complex legal issues in eDiscovery.
The Role:
- Successfully deliver and assist others in the delivery of eDiscovery projects.
- Assist the management team of the eDiscovery team in their projects.
- Provide technical, strategic, and practical know-how on eDisclosure.
- Ensure QC process adherence in service delivery.
- Keep eDiscovery Senior Managers informed of all tasks & projects.
- Generate recommendations, project plans, estimates, procedures, and specifications.
- Data processing of material received in various formats.
- Setup and customise the review platform, running searches and culling data.
- Resolve first line support queries and collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Ensure defensible processes and data security procedures are followed.
- Maintain project and product documentation.
- Administer software and hardware used by the eDiscovery team.
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of eDiscovery projects.
- Keep up to date with developments by attending relevant seminars.
- Contribute to internal know-how.
Education / Qualification:
- Knowledge of the EDRM.
- Understanding of the ACPO guide for evidence.
- Experience using eDiscovery tools.
- Previous experience or formal training in technology, data processing, or eDiscovery.
- Experience with eDisclosure products such as Relativity, Reveal, Disco, Axcelerate, Documatrix, Clearwell, eTrium, Nuix, or Opus2.
