After a busy 2024, a full-service Medical Communications agency is looking for a Senior and a Principal Medical Writer to join the team! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership over assigned brands and deliverables, with a focus on upholding quality standards, style guidelines, and medical writing norms. They have roles available across a more commercial account, as well as a publications account - so are looking to speak with a mixture of skillsets!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the charge in writing, reviewing, and polishing a diverse array of materials, including sales aids, training modules, reports, and slide kits.
  • Ensure every word is on point, with a keen eye for clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Dive deep into the data, conducting thorough literature searches to infuse our content with the latest evidence and insights.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and deadlines met.
  • Play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our best practices, protocols, and guidance documents.
  • Help us shine in new business meetings by crafting winning proposals and slide kits.
  • Keep our templates on point and our clients impressed with your attention to detail.

  • A proven track record of success in medical writing, backed by industry experience (3+ for Senior or 5+ Principal).
