Technical Coordinator / Pre Con Technical Coordinator Permanent, Full-time Location: Bishop’s Stortford Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package My client are a leading tier 1 residential developer with a strong presence in the UK. They are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to work on a variety of different complex residential projects. This role would be predominately based out of the office working on projects from Pre Construction. You will report to the Senior Technical Manager and play a crucial role in all aspects of Technical Design Responsibilities: End to end design delivery process starting from brief definition and internal alignment with various stakeholders, to appointment, management and review of external design vendors that carry out design work for projects Ensure regular reporting of progress against agreed plans to senior members of Design and Engineering and the associated project managers. Advise and ensure corrective action taken promptly to address any design issues Ensure quality and value for money received through third party appointments Help development of new tools, processes, and procedures for best practice design management Develop and manage long term relationships with key third party design and equipment vendors What is needed from you: Degree Educated Experience working within multi-disciplinary design teams. Residential experience (desired) Good written and oral communication skills in English.
