You will be joining teams working on some key projects at Sellafield on the 20 Year PPP (Programme & Project Partners) consortium. However, it's a fantastic opportunity to bring/share some new ideas, different perspectives and some fresh impetus to this quite unique site.

Working closely with the commercial team, you’ll be ensuring our relationships with our sub contractors are maintained and aligned to our project plan and our end goal. This means you will be attending meetings, issuing notices to commence, maintaining logs for change / contractual notices, valuation and agreement of monthly payments, formulating records and providing reports and agreeing final accounts.

You’ll be a great communicator either with a mix of/or either; operational or strategic involvement in commercial contracts. You’ll understand seeing value and delivering savings where possible. We work with the NEC suite of contracts so if you have experience/exposure to this along with qualifications in Procurement / Engineering / Construction and ideally membership of RICS, CIOB or CICES.
