We’re looking for a smart, switched-on Senior Lifestyle Assistant (SLA) to support our Client team. You’ll help ensure that our clients receive timely, thoughtful responses to their requests - whether you’re sourcing hard-to-get tickets, planning bespoke travel, or coordinating their calendars.
- Researching everything from the best florists in Paris to hidden-gem family villas in Puglia
- Booking luxury and complex travel itineraries
- Liaising with tradespeople, domestic staff, and high-end service providers
- Helping to organise private events
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury lifestyle, concierge, UHNW private PA support, or high-end travel
- A second language (Spanish, French, or Italian) is a plus
Benefits:
- Up to 10% performance & revenue bonus
- ~20 days holiday (excluding public holidays and a Christmas break)
- ~1 day WFH a week post training period (6 months)
