Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading Construction Consultancy based in Sheffield.

My client is a well-established, market leading Construction Consultancy based in Sheffield who pride themselves on their collaborative culture, quality of service and dedication to their people.

As a Construction Consultancy, they provide multi-disciplinary Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying services to national blue-chip clients and developers across the property and construction sectors.

As Associate Director Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral part within the Cost Management team. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects as Client Lead, mentoring and leading the team as well as generating new business and work winning opportunities for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Directors in delivering business plan objectives
  • Deliver an unrivalled level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships
  • Manage large, complex projects and/or programmes on time and on budget, acting as Client Lead
  • Mentoring and coaching the internal Cost Management team to evolve and develop the existing team
  • Any adhoc duties as required
