We are delighted to be supporting a luxury 4-star hotel set in a picturesque Cotswolds village. They are looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead their front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience for all guests while upholding the hotel's high standards of service.
You will receive:

Responsibilities as the Reception Manager include:
- Leading the well-being and development of the reception team, conducting appraisals and providing training while managing rotas.
- Attending key meetings, including HOD, BEO, and Finance meetings, and staying informed on monthly revenue budgets and targets.
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by delivering highly personalised service, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of all guests.
- Working collaboratively with the team, building strong relationships and providing flexible support to address any issues or queries.
- Overseeing front desk operations with proficiency in systems such as Opera, Outlook, Word, and email, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
