We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave – and help keep our staff, students and visitors safe and sound across our beautiful land-based college sites.
You’ll lead on all aspects of health and safety – from risk assessments and training to fire safety and accident investigations. You’ll be a trusted advisor to colleagues, helping everyone stay up to date and compliant in a supportive, approachable way.
What we’re looking for:
- NEBOSH qualified (essential)
- Confident in legislation, risk management, and reporting
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Able to train and influence across all levels
- Calm, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
