We are a growing business and we now have a number of exciting opportunities in our Sales team.

About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to manage a team of SDRs through the next growth phase. You are someone who has gained experience in B2B sales, likely to have gained some supervisory or coaching experience and are now ready to build on that experience as a team manager.

In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting business expansion through strategic sales initiatives. This includes managing the sales process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales planning, optimising processes, and team leadership.

You will do this by:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other Sales Managers to plan and develop marketing plans which increase brand awareness.
  • Implementing and tracking key sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and managing reporting systems for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Setting team objectives and ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Recruiting, training and optimising a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:

  • A proven track record in B2B consultative sales.
  • Experience of working in a SaaS business is beneficial.
  • The ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate and think on your feet.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • The ability to influence, negotiate and build rapport.

This is a full time role working a hybrid model with a requirement to be in our Reading office 2-3 days each week. This position is based in the UK and candidates must therefore have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
