Sales Team Manager (SDR) Location: Webexpenses is a private equity backed SaaS company headquartered in the United Kingdom. With offices in Australia and North America, we have grown quickly as a major player in the global online expense management market. Our mission is to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness by eliminating manual processes and elevating our clients\’ visibility into their company\’s expenditure. We\’re a growing business and we now have a number of exciting opportunities in our Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to manage a team of SDR\’s through the next growth phase. You are someone who has gained experience in B2B sales, are likely to have gained some supervisory or coaching experience and are now ready build on that experience as a team manager. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting business expansion through strategic sales initiatives. This includes managing the sales process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales planning, optimising processes, and team leadership. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and other Sales Managers to plan and develop marketing plans which increase brand awareness. • Implement and track key sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. • Prepare and manage reporting systems for sales forecasting and performance tracking. • Recruit, train and optimise a team of SDRs responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements. A proven track record in B2B consultative sales. Good commercial acumen. This is a full time role working a hybrid model with a requirement to be in our Reading office 2-3 days each week. This position is based in the UK and candidates must therefore have the legal right to live and work the UK.
