We are seeking an experienced Real-time Rendering and Visualization Developer/Specialist to join our Digital Solutions Department in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Unreal Engine to develop high-quality, interactive visualizations and virtual experiences, with a strong focus on Digital Twin technologies for the built environment. This role demands a blend of technical skills, creative vision, and a deep understanding of real estate and the built environment.

Digital Twin Development:

  • Create and maintain Digital Twin models of real estate projects, integrating data and visuals for real-time monitoring, simulation, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with data specialists and engineers to incorporate IoT and BIM data into Unreal Engine environments.

Visualization and Rendering:

  • Produce photorealistic 3D visualizations, animations, and immersive experiences using Unreal Engine for real estate and architectural projects.
  • Design and implement interactive walkthroughs, virtual showrooms, and VR/AR experiences for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Optimize assets and environments for real-time performance without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and data scientists to translate 2D/3D models and datasets into Unreal Engine projects.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to deliver visuals tailored to real estate project requirements.

Technical Implementation:

  • Develop and integrate complex materials, lighting, and animations to achieve a high level of realism.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project pipelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Game Development, or a related field. Advanced training or certification in Unreal Engine is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of overall professional experience in related fields, including a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine and a minimum of 1 year in the AEC or real estate sectors.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing real-time visualization, Digital Twin models, and interactive projects for real estate or architectural applications.
  • Expert proficiency in Unreal Engine (Blueprints/C++, Level Design, Sequencer, Materials and Shaders).
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Revit, Rhino).
  • Knowledge of Digital Twin frameworks and their integration with Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit and their integration into Unreal Engine via Datasmith.
  • Familiarity with IoT and data visualization concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience integrating IoT data into Digital Twin environments.
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C++ or Python) for custom functionality in Unreal Engine.
