Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Pay Rate: £13.69 to £15.83 per hour

Reeson Education is seeking a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and vibrant primary school in the SK8 area of Stockport. This full-time Teaching Assistant role starts ASAP and is ideal for someone who is ready to make a lasting impact in the classroom.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers and the wider school team to support pupils across various subjects and activities. The school is warm, inclusive, and has a strong focus on nurturing pupil progress and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities for the Teaching Assistant:
  • Support children in the classroom as a Teaching Assistant, both 1:1 and in small groups.
  • Assist with classroom tasks, planning, and activities.
  • Help pupils engage in lessons and maintain focus.
  • Foster positive relationships with children and staff.
  • Adapt to the needs of individual learners with patience and encouragement.
The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will:
