Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Business Support Officer to work at a hospital in the LE3 Glenfield area. If you have a proven track record of ensuring the efficient and proactive fulfilment of documentation, whilst also having a passion for various aspects of data management and want to utilise your admin skills, get in touch!
The pay rate for this position is: £13.57 p/h. The working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Job Duties:
- Administrative Support - Assist senior staff with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Diary and Meeting Management - Take charge of scheduling, organising meetings, booking venues, and preparing essential documents.
- Data Management - Ensure data is accurately collated, reported, and maintained to the highest standards.
- Team Coordination - Play a vital role in supporting the wider team, including helping with the induction of new staff members.
- Documentation and Correspondence - Prepare agendas, take minutes, produce action logs, and handle queries with professionalism and care.
- Workload Management - Adapt to a varied workload, providing cover during planned absences and meeting the team's needs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
