Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s motor team, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced file handler/paralegal to work alongside its existing team handling their own caseload of litigated motor fast track files to include personal injury and credit hire.
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling RTA cases to include drafting pleadings, negotiating settlement, and sound knowledge of the CPR. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients, and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong paralegal with ambition who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.

- RTA File handler - whether claimant or defendant experience
