Our Manufacturing Client requires an Electrician/Electrical Engineer (Salary to 40K - No Travel) who can test and commission panels, or adopt a panel builder role. You will troubleshoot and carry out improvements using testing equipment whilst enjoying a well-paid workshop-based role. Candidates who prefer local travel are considered for other roles.

The Role:

  • Carry out Quality Assurance / QA using testing equipment within a busy environment
  • Diagnose electrical faults to minimise downtime and create efficiencies
  • Read & interpret electrical drawings
  • Oversee testing operations

The Person:

  • You will have 2 or more years in an Electrician, Panel Builder or Electrical Test Engineer role
  • Experience using testing equipment/installations or panel building
  • Strong understanding of schematics/electrical drawings, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
  • Good problem-solving skills - understanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement advantageous
