This is a static maintenance technician role based in Lymington, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00. This is a 3 months temp to perm role.

We are looking for a multi-skilled individual with an electrical or mechanical bias. You will be carrying out planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site, and must have commercial maintenance experience, ideally within a healthcare environment. You will also participate in an on-call rota, 1 in every 3 weeks for any site emergencies.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

  • 18th edition qualified
  • Have experience with plant rooms, distribution boards and fire alarm testing.
  • Legionella PPM experience / L8 Legionella awareness
  • Hold a valid DBS, or willing to undertake one
