As Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are commercially successful, from cost estimation through to final accounts. You'll be joining a professional, supportive team within a business that prides itself on quality workmanship, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Managing project costs and supporting procurement processes
- Monitoring variations and managing valuations and payments
- Collaborating closely with site managers, project managers, and clients
- Working across a variety of interesting projects in both the public and private sectors
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or home improvement sectors
- The ability to price jobs competitively
- Strong understanding of commercial project frameworks, particularly within public sector work
- Excellent cost control, negotiation, and communication skills
