BrightPathHR are delighted to be working with a global giant in e-learning, with some new opportunities based from their Glasgow Office, including this Client Relationship Manager.

About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be to develop new customer/partner relationships and nurture existing ones to meet specific, measurable sales targets. You’ll be an integral part of the sales team, actively contributing to the growth of the business and ensuring strong, long-lasting commercial relationships.

Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and Engage Key Stakeholders: Reach out to key decision-makers within new and existing customers/partners via telephone and email to create and maximise long-term sales opportunities.
  • Prospecting & Relationship Building: Generate new business by prospecting for new customers while also growing and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations: Facilitate and manage client meetings to explore business needs and present relevant solutions that drive sales growth.
  • Quotes & Proposals: Prepare detailed and accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring presentations meet customer and partner requirements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Input, analyse, and interpret sales data to strategically prioritise your pipeline, consistently achieving and surpassing targets.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high levels of service, ensuring that relationships with clients are long-term, and provide continuous value to their business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of your product offerings to effectively position them within the defined market space.
  • Revenue Generation: Uncover new revenue opportunities through a thorough exploration of client needs, identifying and solving their challenges.

  • Sales Acumen: Ability to recognise buying signals and use influencing skills to create and seize opportunities.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication, with good presentation skills.
  • Effective Planning & Execution: Demonstrable ability to manage and prioritise workload, balancing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Focused Problem Solving: Capability to understand customer requirements, solve problems, and close opportunities with minimal supervision.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Sales Pipeline Planning: Experience in forecasting and planning future sales opportunities.
  • Attention to Detail & Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities without losing sight of commercial goals.
  • Track Record: Proven success in consistently achieving sales targets.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Experience in a consultative B2B sales environment, delivering a diverse range of products to maximise opportunities.
  • IT Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.

On offer is a Basic Salary of £32k-£36k plus an expected bonus of £10k for hitting your target - Bonus is however uncapped and more is achievable. The benefits package is very substantial.
