Residential Learning Disabilities Support Worker What you’ll be doing: You will be supporting to support adults with disabilities within the home and local community. Your role will to be encourage people to live their lives to the fullest through various means whether this is emotional and/or physical support through fulfilling life skills and house tasks in addition to helping engage within their local community. Additionally, you may be involved in in-house and community-based activities including going to the cinema, meals day trips and medical appointments. In addition to providing high-quality care and support you will aid to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues. To be suitable, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle due to the support required **Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for any agency or permanent positions ** Location: Neath Port Talbot and surrounding areas Hours: Flexible Pay rate: From £12+ (PAYE – not via umbrella) Holiday pay is separate, NOT inclusive of your hourly pay. i.e. £12 + holiday pay Requirements: 6 months UK based care experience in the last year OR a year in the last 5 years Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship) Willing…
