Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
I am looking for a mobile Pipefitter to work in London and home counties. You will be supporting the Projects Team with the installation of commercial mechanical services and all types of commercial pipework systems at various client’s premises in and around the London area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out works at various client’s sites as directed by the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all work is carried out within the designated timescales.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Manage and supervise all works on site including sub contractors.
- Setup sites and manage the works on site including setting out and problem solving.
- Ordering materials for the site and minimising wastage and downtime.
- Produce Risk Assessments to the standard expected for each job.
- Mentor and guide apprentices within department.
Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
- Must have knowledge with all types of commercial pipe fitting methods such as screwed, crimp, soldered and welded.
- A qualification in relevant discipline.
- Experience with working in client premises and forming working relationships with clients.
- Must have clean UK drivers license.
