Carriera has been retained to secure a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor by a prolific Consultancy in Winchester.

About the position:

The Cost Management team in Winchester is well established and led by one of the industry’s most sincere and capable Partners. In the years he has won major initiatives with charities, corporate end users, developers and retailers. The team’s goal is to develop the two teams in line with client requirements and to build out a third team to nurture and develop a new client base.

You will lead on all cost management areas from inception through to completion on numerous large-scale projects (up to £50 million+) and help develop junior members in the cost management team with their development. Ideally (not essential), you will have experience in capital allowances, RCAs, and conducting LCCs and LCAs.

About you:

  • Have a degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally around 10+ years of Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Strong JCT and NEC contract knowledge/experience.
  • MRICS is ideal but not essential.
