Drs Direct are looking for an experienced, qualified Occupational Health Advisor.
We are looking for an OHA to deliver the full OH remit to our sites in the Birmingham area near Aston & Kidderminster area (B6 & DY11). The role is 4 days a week with a day working from home.
About you
You will be a Registered General Nurse with an active PIN with no restrictions or conditions and hold an Occupational Health Qualification with recent experience of the full Occupational Health remit.
You will have excellent IT skills and be a great communicator. You will be quality driven and have excellent record keeping skills and are likely to have at least two years experience within the Occupational Health sector.
About the role
You will deliver a mix of:
- Complex Case Management including a Mental Health Caseload
- Sickness Absence Management
- Health Surveillance including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision and possibly HAVS and Skin Assessments
- Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessment and Questionnaires
- Health Promotion & Wellbeing
This role includes working autonomously, engaging and building positive relationships and helping to shape the occupational health service with our customer.
You will be supported by a clinically qualified manager and a friendly head office support team.
