We are seeking an ambitious individual with a strong chemistry background, sharp commercial acumen and adept critical thinking abilities to strengthen our UV-curable business. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas, customer demands, and emerging opportunities Assist with tracking sales performance, analysing key metrics, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and revenue forecasts Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction You are able to conduct market analysis, marketing and sales planning You are highly proficient in working with technology (laptops, phones) and Microsoft software (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) Masters/ PhD in Chemistry Proficiency with CRM and ERP software Candidates who successfully pass the CV screening stage will be invited to be interviewed via video call and then face-to-face where possible.
