What they need –
- A product designer with laser focus on refining and enhancing the user experience for this market leading SaaS product
- Someone who can manage the full design life-cycle, from initial research and concept stages through to wireframing, prototyping and testing
- Someone to collaborate closely with their Product & Engineering counterparts (working in squads) to ensure a holistic approach to product development
- A designer who can help refine design solutions as well as contribute to the component library/design system to drive consistency across the business
- Someone who can help raise the bar with regards research, taking a real test and learn approach and solving complex challenges in fast-paced squads
- A designer who can balance both the functional and visual design requirements of a project, working at pace to deliver an exceptional product for customers globally
