NonStop Care is looking for a Fostering Recruitment Manager who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted.

Responsibilities of the Fostering Recruitment Manager:

They are looking for a Fostering Recruitment Manager to cover East, North and West London, Essex and Hertfordshire. The role is home based with regular travel to these areas. You will be involved in the recruitment and assessment activity and you will manage the Fostering Recruitment Officer and the Assessing Social Workers, ensuring the efficient handling of enquiries and assessments within timescales and to the required organisational standards.

Requirements:

  • You are a Senior Social Worker / Senior Practitioner / Manager
  • Experience in fostering, especially fostering recruitment and assessment
  • Social Worker degree
  • Driving license
