We are looking for a Project Controller to join us and work as part of a larger team. That team uses world-class project control techniques to provide expertise in supporting Project Managers in the delivery of exciting and strategically important programmes within our Maritime and Land Sector businesses.
Day to day you'll be:
- Using your range of skills, you will support with the planning, monitoring and control of projects which will range in size and complexity.
- You will be supporting the Project teams to create project plans and control baselines as well as record, verify and report on project progress.
- Identify programme performance variances and any mitigation/opportunities.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with various team project members to ensure the management of project scope, change, budget and forecasting aspects.
- Oversee scheduling, Key Performance Indicators, variance analysis (including Earned Value), Risk and opportunity management.
- Project Controls governance and reporting.
Key skills we are looking for:
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Project Control policies, processes, procedures and systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of one or more Project Control tools techniques and practices.
- Working knowledge of industry Project Controls toolsets e.g. Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP, Predict.
- Experience with Intermediate Risk and Opportunity Management.
- Practical application of business information toolsets/data analytics e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in Project Controls, Baseline Control, Cost Estimating/Engineering, Resource Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Analysis or Financial Management within project environments.
