A Professional Services firm is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to permanently join their reputable Corporate team, based in their London office with a hybrid working pattern.

The Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor will be required to:

• Dealing with various high profile, international M&A transactional cases, including due diligence with buy-side and sell-side matters.
• Handle technical Corporate Restructuring projects
• Working alongside the Tax team and the wider business to build relationships within the organisation and with clients.
• Manage certain matters under the supervision of Corporate partners.

As the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor, you will have:

• Ideally qualified as a Solicitor in the UK, or equivalent, with extensive UK experience
• Technical Corporate M&A and Restructuring experience
• Experience dealing with multinational corporations and advising on cross-border matters is highly desirable
• This role is ideally looking at 6 years post qualification experience, however candidates at all levels will be considered

This role offers the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor:

• Salary from £80,000
• Hybrid working scheme, working 3 days per week from the office and the rest of your time from home
• Lower chargeable targets compared to the standard elsewhere
