Manpower Engineering are working with a residential development company who are building a number of affordable properties in Grantown-on-Spey to help them recruit a Construction Site Manager with strong leadership skills.

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to lead our client's residential development project. From planning to execution, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in Construction Site Management
  • Expertise in industry regulations and methods
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • CSCS Card and SMSTS Training
  • Proficiency in MS software
  • First Aid
  • Full UK Driving license

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site operations and team productivity
  • Resolve technical challenges on-site
  • Manage on-site Labour Force
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors
  • Maintain site safety and cleanliness
  • Conduct regular inspections and meetings

Working hours: 8 per day Monday to Friday
