We are seeking a highly skilled BIM coordinator to join an international, multidisciplinary Consultancy, on a hybrid basis in London. Our client is an industry leader, specialising in a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate BIM delivery for MEP projects in line with client and industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure data consistency and model accuracy.
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline such as Building Services, Architecture, or Engineering.
- Prior experience in a BIM coordination role within the built environment.
- Strong ability in using Revit.
- Understanding of BIM Level 2 standards and ISO 19650.
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments (e.g. BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar).
