Established in 1986, this independent group has grown into a respected, community-focused practice operating across three clinics—including a brand-new cat-only gold-standard facility at the main site. They prioritise excellent care without losing sight of affordability, making a real difference for clients and their pets.

The main clinic is fully equipped to manage complex cases in-house, so you’ll enjoy the challenge of a varied caseload, without the need to refer out. They’re looking for a veterinary surgeon who’s confident with routine surgical cases and wants the freedom to define their role within the clinic—whether that means developing a clinical interest, coaching others, or stepping up as a leader when needed.

Work-life balance:

  • One in five Saturdays (9am – 12pm)
  • Additional 1-in-5 rota for in-patient care (no out-of-hours—handled by Vets Now)
  • Open to a 3-day week on a pro-rata basis

Holidays & Pay:

  • 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
  • Annual performance-based pay reviews
