Ryder Reid Legal is working with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to support its London based Capital Markets/Financing team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have prior experience of conducting KYC work for either a law firm, fund or a bank previously, as the role will involve:
- Receiving and organising KYC requests from banks/financial institutions
- Liaising with clients
- Organising responses to the banks
- Managing any follow-up between the banks and clients
- Organising records of information requested, received and provided
