The Company Fresenius Kabi is a global healthcare company that specialises in lifesaving medicines and technologies. Our product portfolio comprises a comprehensive range of I.V. generic drugs, infusion therapies and clinical nutrition products as well as the medical devices for administering these products.
The role is remotely based and will include a car or car allowance. We are looking for someone based in the North of England, with the ability to travel throughout the North West, North East, Yorkshire and Scotland.
This key role provides the nutritional clinical expertise to local field teams, contract customers and the Business Development Team that enables the delivery of our Enteral Nutrition portfolio of brands and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nutrition insight to support completion of relevant tender documentation in target accounts ensuring the benefits of our services and brands are positioned correctly.
- Accountable for the management and engagement of local KOLs and emerging KOLs across the customer bases for Enteral Nutrition in target localities.
- Support the central development and execution of a Clinical Education programme for customers, this will cover various formats including a digital platform.
- Supporting the Customer Marketing Team in developing insight through identifying suitable customers to attend advisory groups and panels.
- Provide nutrition and product knowledge training (including induction for new members of the team, training for new product launches and ongoing continual development on nutrition and dietetics).
- Provide ongoing support, field visits and coaching to EN Sales Team.
- Provide professional advice for HCP’s & patients on the FK EN range via Scientific Affairs telephone helpline and other digital channels.
- Recruit, support and deliver Acceptability Studies for the new product pipeline in target accounts.
- Participate in key industry groups to influence and inform, ensuring Fresenius Kabi is represented and positioned to optimise our performance.
- Recruit and deliver patient acceptability studies for the enteral product portfolio.
- Registered Dietitian with clinical experience.
- Good knowledge of Enteral Nutrition and current market trends.
- Ability to engage, influence and coach colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Confident in the delivery of high quality educational events and presentations.
