What will you be doing as a People Partner?
- Build trusted relationships with leaders to shape culture and improve employee engagement.
- Coach and support managers to develop their teams and navigate organisational change.

- Provide expert advice on employment law, best practices, and compliance.
- Use data insights to measure the success of people initiatives and drive informed decisions.
What are we looking for from you?
- Proven experience as a Senior People Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Confident in coaching, organisational design, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and managing ER cases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Background in sectors such as AI, Tech, Life Sciences, or HealthTech.
- Working with complex global organisations that have scaled at pace.
- A thoughtful and creative approach to problem-solving.
