Salary: From £28,000.00 per year with OTE £50,000-£80,000

Role Description
- Regular and consistent advertising on our platform.
- Follow up and respond to all customer queries promptly every day.
- Advising clients on the letting process.
- Register the applicant’s details and property requirements in our system.
- Identifying potential applicants and securing viewings.
- Accompanying prospective tenants to view properties.
- Follow-up viewings and secure lets offer.
- Negotiating offers between the tenant and Landlord.
- Keeping in touch closely and regularly with landlords and applicants and building up good rapport.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
