We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to support the implementation, ongoing development, and maintenance of our new approach to pay and reward. As a Reward Analyst, you will work closely with the Reward Manager to provide specialist and analytical insight, forming the foundation of our reward strategy.

Key Details:- Location: Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent
- Implementing and maintaining the pay framework and policy
- Supporting the development of structures and strategies
- Managing the annual pay review process
- Calculating quarterly and annual bonus amounts
- Providing data analysis and insights
- Experience within total reward and/or compensation
- A working knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas and pivot tables)
- A passion for numbers and analysis
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
