As a Developer Relations/Ecosystem Associate, you will:
- Help raise awareness of the protocol among developers and technical communities by participating in events, online communities, and social media.
- Assist with managing technical documentation and contribute updates to the Docs site.
- Support the creation of developer success stories, demos, social content, and other materials that promote the technology to a technical audience.
- Assist in supporting partner integrations by helping troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalating more complex ones to senior engineers.
- Collect developer and partner feedback to share with the product and engineering teams to inform improvements.
- Help with QA testing for new releases to ensure a smooth developer experience.
We’re looking for you if:
- You have experience building communities or engaging developers, either through work, personal projects, or open source contributions.
- You’re a clear and engaging writer, especially when explaining technical topics.
