The Vacancy Nightshift Support Worker – Jean Todd Close (JTC) Supported Living ?? Location: Antrim ? Shifts Available: Full-time & Part-time ?? What Makes Jean Todd Close Special? Located in Antrim, JTC is made up of four shared flats, two double bungalows, and seven individual homes. It\’s a calm, community-focused setting, where each person has chosen to live and build their lives, and where long-standing staff bring experience, warmth, and a welcoming vibe. At JTC, you\’re not driving from house to houseyou\’re based in one place, meaning more time to connect, support, and care. Some of the meaningful things we support people with include: ? Building independence through daily routines ? Providing personal care and hands-on support where needed ? Creating structure and calm through Positive Behaviour Support ? Planning activities, helping people attend medical appointments, social outings, and community events ? Helping people pursue their hobbies and take part in things that matter to them We\’re located just a stone\’s throw from Junction One, Antrim Castle Gardens, and the local flower shows and paradesso there are loads of opportunities for fun, fresh air, and connection. What Does the Role Involve? As a Support Worker, you will: ?? Support people with a range of needsfrom light touch to more complex care ?? Deliver hands-on personal care where required, with dignity and respect ?? Build strong relationships based on trust, understanding, and compassion ?? Work closely with your team, Team Leaders, and wider professionals (GPs, social workers, families) ?? Be part of a stable, experienced, and supportive team What We Offer: ??
