Web Analyst

Location: Burton-upon-Trent (Hybrid – 2 days/month)

Salary: £40,000–£45,000

The Role

As Digital Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of digital and customer data—owning the analysis of online journeys across multiple platforms. You’ll use GA4 to uncover actionable insights, while also blending online and offline datasets using SQL to drive deeper business intelligence across channels.

It’s a high-impact role with visibility across marketing, digital product, and data teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse digital journeys and conversion paths using GA4
  • Deliver insights that inform CRO, UX, and broader digital strategy
  • Build dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Partner with marketing, digital, and CRM teams to inform optimisation initiatives

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in digital analytics (GA4 or Adobe Analytics)
  • Comfortable presenting insights to non-technical teams
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus
