Job Title: Senior Operations Manager – Fire Protection / Fire & Security Industry
Location: Essex
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to £80,000
- Car Allowance: £600–£1,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments.
- Lead and manage teams, including Project Managers, Supervisors, Engineers (26+), and office staff (8).
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and procedures.
- Set goals and KPIs to drive performance.
