We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a successful and growing company based in St Albans. Our client is one of the leading players in their field, they are a friendly, sociable company with a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal and external users
- Prioritise and respond to tickets that come from multiple channels such as email, phone, chat and walk-ups
- Communicating with customers to help them resolve any technical issues
- Perform diagnostic and route cause analysis
- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks, including installing, configuring, and patching computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
