We are supporting a client within the Building Services Engineering space who have enjoyed a sustained period of growth. Working across some of the most exciting projects in the industry, the successful applicant will find a diverse range of projects, providing a varied and interesting workload and the opportunity to learn about new sectors.

Reporting to the Director of Building Services, you will act as a key liaison to clients, whilst also looking to continue to build out the team in the future. You will be responsible for tasks related to the design, development, and implementation of Electrical Systems in buildings, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. You will be part of the key design team to assist with the preparation of schemes across a wide variety of sectors.
The role will be demanding and require a forward-thinking individual who is also a self-starter, able to multitask and manage more than one live project at any given time. You will be a key part of the Senior Management Team in the ongoing development of the business and maintain strong customer relationships with our current client base. You will have a good understanding of the design of Electrical Services across a variety of building types and industry sectors, and with a reasonable understanding of Mechanical Services Design. You will assist with the financial management of the project fee throughout the various phases of the project.
