Key Responsibilities:
- Model & Drawing Preparation : Develop detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings for various projects, ensuring precision and compliance with project specifications. Tekla experience is essential, as 90% of our work is done in Tekla. Steel or RC Detailers with Tekla expertise are preferred.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with engineers and other team members to understand project needs and deliver high-quality designs for both temporary works (e.g., basement dropping and temporary steel frames) and permanent works (e.g., RC and steel detailing).
- Quality Control : Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all drawings and models with industry standards and project requirements.
- Documentation Management : Organize and maintain all project documentation, including models, drawings, and related technical materials.
- Training & Mentorship : Support the development of junior CAD technicians by providing guidance and training to help them grow their skills.
Location : 5 offices across the UK, two being in and around the London area. There will be opportunity to work from both London office\’s
