About the Role: As an AV & IT Support Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in managing online inquiries related to AV, IT, and networks, while supporting Exhibition and Account Managers in key tasks to achieve company targets. Your responsibilities will include managing exhibitor orders, liaising with clients and trade partners, and assisting with quoting and business development activities. If you’re someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen attention to detail, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with online inquiries related to AV, IT, and network requirements, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
  • Support Exhibition and Account Managers with key tasks to help meet company targets and objectives.
  • Manage exhibitor orders and inquiries, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Represent sales during official show meetings, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience for all parties.
  • Provide support to the account management and business development teams with quoting and various activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to source and provide equipment.
  • Liaise directly with customers both on-site and off-site to provide excellent service and support.
  • Be flexible with weekend working when required.
  • Deliver on all set KPIs to help drive team and company success.
