Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Loughton, Essex who are looking for an Estimator to join their busy team.

About the Business: Our Client is a scaffold access provider in London with a wealth of experience and great values in Health & Safety.

About The Role: We are looking for a qualified estimator with a proven track record of scaffolding estimating and cost planning to tight deadlines, with an in-depth knowledge of various sectors in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing competitive estimates and subsequently attending settlements and presentations of estimates
  • Pre tender advice to main contractors and assistance with scaffold schedules
  • Abstracting information from tenders
  • Have a thorough understanding of project, scope of works and any site restrictions
  • Establish opportunities with new clients

About you:

  • Worked in the scaffolding contractor
  • Working knowledge of estimating software (CADS Smart Scaffolder) and Microsoft Excel
  • Broad knowledge of the scaffolding industry
